This company founded in 1937 and based in Rosenheim/Germany, is continued in two companies with its inclusion in the Habau group from 2007:
Hans Holzner Baugesellschaft mbH is taken over 100% by Habau Hoch- und Tiefbaugesellschaft.
Holzner Tief- und Straßenbau GmbH & CO KG is operated with a holding of 50% of the Held & Francke Baugesellschaft mbH. The other 50% is held by Hans-Peter Holzner.
Both companies carry out projects in the areas of building construction, main contractor construction, renovation of old buildings, civil engineering works, road construction and underground construction.
The companies currently employ approx. 100 people, who generated a construction turnover of 37 million Euros in the business year 2008/2009.
