"Feeling good and staying healthy is the aim of HABAU-FIT FOR A LIFETIME. It represents the attitude of the whole HABAU Group that all employees should if possible have work conditions that enable them to reach pensionable age in good health.
In future, this programme will be used at the three sites of Perg, Linz and Loosdorf to adapt more workplaces to the needs of the employees and to further improve sound-damping. Neither will psychological fitness be left out at the HABAU Group. Courses on dealing with stress and conflicts are also a permanent part of the options on offer, as are team-building programmes.
