Brief Description : Construction of a new company headquarters with office building and factory including warehouse. Firstly, an office wing was created with three storeys above ground and a basement with the dimensions of approx. 44 x 14 m. Attached to the office wing is a ground-floor factory with the dimensions of approx. 18 x 14 m and connected to this in turn an equally high warehouse, open to the yard side, which was created with a length of approx. 88 m. The warehouse is approx. 14 m wide.
Scope of Work: demolition of appurtenant structures, earthwork, drainage and sewer work, concrete and reinforced concrete work, walls and shifting, paving, sealing, prefabricated parts
