Arge Bypass Getzing

Brief Description
New construction of the Getzing bypass (B 127, Rohrbacher Straße), contract section length 2.250 km, incl. production of four bridge constructions, 2.550 km farm and accompanying paths. Reconstruction of the goods route Humenberg and Iglmühlstraße and/or Sportplatzstraße from 0.660 km, furthermore construction of 3 retention and 2 storage basins and laying of 830 m water supply conduits. The contract section is located between Arnreit and Neundling.

The entire transportation of materials within the construction site, such as removal and moving for embankment fill and to the dump, furthermore all material deliveries, such as of concrete, steel, gravel, asphalt, pipes, filter gravel, granite blocks, noise control walls, guard rails, shaft parts and the production of interim solutions for traffic handling and many other items amounted to approx. 915.000 to, which is approx. 45,750 4-axle HGVs. If one were to place these end-to-end, that would be a length of approx. 395 km, which is almost from Vienna to Munich on the autobahn.
